"We had serious leaks going through to the dining room ceiling below the bathroom so the work needed to start quickly. We had mold damage in the floor and walls. Dave gave us an excellent description of the problem and what needed to be done, a reasonable quote, and started the work in a few days.

"The bathroom was stripped to the studs, the floor and walls replaced with mold-resistant drywall after mold treatment to the underlying studs; new tile was put on the floor and walls around the bathtub. All new fixtures were installed and the bathroom painted. Throughout, the work was only delayed by the shipment of new cabinets. Dave had some excellent ideas for shelves in the shower and for tiling.
